I’m Kindra Green Carson.
For over two decades, I've guided teams from mediocrity—and even outright dysfunction—to become engaged, caring, cohesive, inspired, and authentically accountable. My approach centers on empowering genuine ownership while supporting teams in creating new values and practices that serve everyone's highest good.
My superpower is in engaging every person in the room with wisdom and discernment, ensuring each voice is heard, seen, and actively involved in writing a new story for both the work and the organization. Through this process, teams don't just perform better—they discover the wisdom and accountability structures that make sustainable transformation inevitable.
I have worked with and for non-profits, large organizations, HR and been a server. All these roles, organizations, and experiences have proven: people matter. When we take that seriously and invest in people it changes everything.
That conviction has brought a deep admiration for leaders and I find great joy in supporting their work and lives. I am unwaveringly committed to humanizing organizations for the betterment of the world. I excel at teaching, training, and coaching as a lifelong learner, valuing wisdom, kinship, joy, and integrity.
I live in sunny San Diego with my husband and twin boys. When I am not changing the world by supporting leaders you can find me in nature—either on a hike or the beach, cooking for my growing boys, or reading.
I received my Doctorate in Leadership at Fuller. I am certified Leadership Coach and LCP certified.
